Chef & Butcher - Pork Masterclass Campaign
Chef Network & Bord Bia are delighted to come together and partner on this important and exciting campaign highlighting the value and importance of Quality Assured Irish Pork to Ireland's chefs.
The campaign kicked off with an afternoon Pork Masterclass in October 2022 where chefs Kwanghi Chan and Tom Flavin joined forces with industry butcher Michael Birmingham to bring us an interactive and educational introduction to the programme.
We have since been working on the production of a series of video content with our three contributors which will roll out in early 2023.
