Ballymaloe Foods produces a range of relishes, sauces, dressings, pasta sauces, mayonnaises and pickled vegetables, using the finest quality ingredients. We source local ingredients wherever possible and never add anything artificial to our products. We are based in Little Island, Co. Cork. The company was founded in 1990 by Yasmin Hyde when she started making tomato relish in her kitchen before moving to a prefab in her garden and eventually moving to Little Island as the business grew. Yasmin is a daughter of Myrtle & Ivan Allen, and food was a huge part of her life growing up. Today, 3 of Yasmin’s adult children are involved in the business with her.
