Chef Network, a community now made up of over 3700 chefs, has been working hard to make a positive change in the industry. Chefs are stepping up to the plate – now we ask the entire industry to join us and ask ‘What does good leadership look like?

Join us on Tuesday, November 19th in the Ballsbridge Hotel, Dublin for our 3rd ‘Kitchen Culture’ event, where we will discuss what good leadership looks like from a variety of perspectives in the kitchen, launch the Chef Network Stage Listings and invite the industry as a whole to come together to work on promoting positive kitchen culture and commit to the Kitchen Workplace Charter.

The seminar will include presentations and a panel discussion with a range of accomplished Irish chefs including Ross Lewis (Chapter One), Tom Flavin (Limerick Strand Hotel), Paula Stakelum (Ashford Castle) & Laura Dent (LinkedIn, Gather & Gather), followed by the Chef Network Social, celebrating another year of supporting the chef community

STRUCTURE/BREAKDOWN OF EVENT:

  • Seminar: Presentations, Panel Discussion, Q&A (5pm-7.15pm)
  • Social: Food & Drink (7.15pm onwards)
