Barnaby MacAdam "Well at Santa Maria I’m called the Taste Creator so that’s exactly what I do! I love experimenting with herbs, spice, blends and cuisines, pushing boundaries and going on adventurous culinary journeys. I’ve worked for Santa Maria for 5 years developing and delivering concepts such as Street Food, BBQ and aiding the launch of the herbs and spices range in Europe. Not only that, I’m passionate about where we source our products and had the opportunity to go to Kerala and meet our farmers who harvest our Black Pepper in Tellicherry, trust me size matters……..I should know I am 6’ 4!" 😊
