Having trained in GMIT in the early 1990’s in Culinary Arts I worked in hotels and restaurants across Ireland and Canada starting as Chef de Partie and eventually working my way to Head Chef. I have a passion for BBQ and have competed for Ireland at 2 World BBQ championships and was host President bringing the World championships to Limerick in 2017. I joined Blenders now 12 years ago and have enjoyed working with our Product Development team and with many great customers here in Ireland and abroad since.
Aidan McGrath:I started my culinary career in the 80s with Fitzers at the National Gallery, Point Depot and ran their Baggot St restaurant before joining Thomas Read Group where I oversaw operations in The Bailey, Life Café Bar, Pravda and Searsons and was Head Chef in The Harbourmaster. In 2001 I joined Blenders where I have enjoyed working with Product Development and with wonderful customers here in Ireland and abroad now for 20 years.
