About Aideen: Aideen Burke"I've been working as a Pastry Chef for the past decade, having completed my B.A in Culinary Arts with D.I.T. I've more recently completed my Masters of Science in Applied Culinary Nutrition with TUDublin, focusing my Thesis on the Potential Benefits of Mindful Food Practices as a Health and Wellness Tool for Adolescent females. This interest into mindfulness and its plethora of benefits, encouraged me further to obtain my 200hour RYT Yoga Teacher Training in summer of 2020. I currently teach Yoga via zoom every Wednesday, alongside collaborating with Brown Thomas Arnotts for their Staff Wellbeing programmes and most recently the Coeliac Society, with a new 6 week mindfulness course. I believe the Health and Wellness space with the culinary industry is growing and I hope to further my career in this direction."
