An exciting journey of learning and exploration along the Wild Atlantic Way awaits 5 young chefs who are passionate about local sourcing, Irish seafood, and sustainability. Spread over a number of days from June-September, they will benefit from on-site learning with Taste the Atlantic seafood producers and training in social media, business, culinary and fish handling skills with experienced industry mentors.
