Having worked in the industry for over fourteen years, I have developed a wide range of skills and have had many achievements, including setting up of a central kitchen and warehouse that supplied three retail units at a time. In addition, the company expanded the café in Portobello from a takeaway facility with no seats into a 40-seater café-restaurant. According to the Dubliner Magazine Tiesan Café made “possibly the best coffee in Dublin” whilst the Independent maintained that Tiesan Café had “the best sandwich in Dublin”.
