Since based in Ireland, I worked as a Chef for Residence Members Club and Restaurant 41 in Dublin, during which time they received many accolades including winner of the Club Restaurant of the Year 2013/2014 by Restaurant Association of Ireland, Best Restaurant and Best Chef by Food and Wine Magazine and Best Fine Dining by Gold Medal Awards.
