Love history of Irish food and the present day thriving Irish food culture. Cooking for over 35 years and had my own company for 20 of those years. I have also been teaching for 20 years and have given free classes in local creches and primary schools since 2003. I teach in prisons, addiction clinics, mental health, and rehab care. I am passionate about getting food education into creches and primary schools.
I have worked in England, France, Germany, and New York. I am in the process of finishing a masters in Gastronomy and Food studies at TUDublin.
