So I have been a chef for nearly fifteen years now, I fell into cheffing, but it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me. I have worked in some of the country's best places and gotten to know some of its best chefs. Starting in hotels, then working my way up through restaurants, I have been given the best opportunity to learn as much as possible and develop my skill set. Taking those skills, I have applied them to my most recent roles with the Butler's Pantry and Gather and Gather until Covid hit that is. Luckily, at the time of the first lockdown, I was studying for my master's in Applied Culinary Nutrition, so I became a full-time student. Now I am almost out the other side, just finishing up my thesis; what the future holds for me? We will see.
