I started cooking professionally when I was 16 with Neven Maguire at Macnean house,I have gone onto to work in Campagne in Kilkenny where I was part of the team when it won its Michelin star. Now 24 I have just started in The Clove Club in Shoreditch East London which has 1 Michelin star and is ranked no.26 in the San Pellegrino worlds 50 best restaurants.
