Chef & Butcher - Pork Masterclass 2024 Series with Bord Bia 

Chef Network, in partnership with Bord Bia, would like to invite you to join us at one of the upcoming Pork Masterclass Series taking place around the country in February.  

​When & Where:
  • TU Dublin, Grangegorman - Tuesday, 13th February – 2pm – 4pm
  • DKIT, Dundalk - Wednesday 14th February – 2pm – 4pm
  • ATU, Galway - Thursday, 15th February – 11am – 1pm
  • IT Tralee - Tuesday 27th February – 2pm – 4pm

Join us at one of our host college venues around the country for one of these live butchery and culinary inspiration sessions showcasing the versatility and value of Bord Bia Quality Assured pork. 

These sessions will cover:
  • How to utilise the full range of pork cuts in new and interesting ways
  • Pork Dish costings 
  • Ways to create cost-effective dishes from pork, that are practical to prepare but also interesting additions to your menu

Who should attend:
  • Chefs of all levels who are interested in expanding your menu range while also effectively balancing costs
  • Culinary Students
