Established in 1994, Great Taste is organised by the Guild of Fine Food and is the world’s largest, longest standing and most respected food accreditation scheme for artisan and speciality food and drink producers worldwide. We are inviting food & drink professionals from within Ireland & Northern Ireland to join the team of judges in Clonmel, County Tipperary at the end of May. The judging teams are made up of chefs, hospitality & retail buyers, food writers and product innovators. Great Taste judges are not paid to ensure complete impartiality however, reasonable standard class travel expenses to & from the judging venue will be covered. A typical judging session is 3 hours and the day is split into TWO sessions; 10-1pm and 2-5pm. We ask judges to try to commit to a FULL DAY of judging, however if you can only make one session (AM or PM) please let us know. If you are able to join the judging panel in May, please state which date(s) and session(s) you are able to commit to: *Tuesday 28 May AM session: 10am-1pm PM session: 2pm-5pm *Wednesday 29 May AM session: 10am-1pm PM session: 2pm-5pm *Thursday 30 May AM session: 10am-1pm PM session: 2pm-5pm Lunch will be provided between sessions 1-2pm each day. *Please select the date and session(s) you can attend.
